My Approach
I am a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) supporting neurodivergent clients and parents of neurodiverse autistic children. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and safety—helping clients reconnect with their bodies’ natural ability to heal and self-regulate. Sessions are collaborative, paced with consent, and grounded in compassion.
